Stakeholder Committee definition

Stakeholder Committee means the committee established pursuant to Section 7.8.1 of the FMA to take certain actions and provide input into operations and decisions under the EAHCP Program.
Stakeholder Committee means each of the consultative mechanisms described in paragraph C.4. of Annex I to the Compact, and any successor or other body (approved by MCC) of representatives of the private sector, civil society and local and regional governments that has been formally established in accordance with the Governance Guidelines to provide advice and input to MCA-Indonesia regarding the implementation of the Program.
Stakeholder Committee means each of the consultative mechanisms described in paragraph C(1)(d) of Part III of Annex I to the Compact, and any successor or other body (approved by MCC) of representatives of the private sector, civil society and local and regional governments that has been formally established in accordance with the Governance Guidelines to provide advice and input to MCA-Côte d’Ivoire regarding the implementation of the Program. SYDAM has the meaning provided in Schedule A of Schedule 3. TIP has the meaning provided in Section 2.5.

More Definitions of Stakeholder Committee

Stakeholder Committee means a committee assembled by the Steering Committee that will be comprised of representatives of HCP/NCCP stakeholder interests and is intended to represent a diverse cross-section of the interests and views of the community, including representatives of landowners, growers, ranchers, tribes, developers and conservationists.
