Unit Cost. Subject to the terms of a Work Authorization issued pursuant to Article 5 below (including any maximum amount to be paid as stated therein), the Authority will agree to pay the Consultant, and the Consultant will agree to accept as full and sufficient compensation and reimbursement for the performance of all Services as set forth in this Contract and the Work Authorization, an agreed upon unit price multiplied by the number of units completed for each billing. This method of payment is generally reserved for work which has a definable work product but the quantity is uncertain and the Consultant assumes the risks for all costs. Each invoice submitted shall identify the specific Contract task(s) and completed work product/deliverable for the agreed upon price outlined in the Work Authorization.

Unit Cost. Final Bills‌ The following procedures will be followed while processing the unit cost final bills: 1. Check to see if bill indicates progress or final bill. 2. Check to verify that the final bill includes the following statement: “I certify that this claim is correct and just in all respects, and that payment or credit has not been received.” DATE: COMPANY: BY: TITLE: LOCATION WHERE RECORDS AND ACCOUNTS BILLED MAY BE AUDITED: 3. Check to see if the final bill contains the Federal-aid project number and project designation. 4. If utility has only submitted 1 original of the bill, make 2 additional copies of the bill. Use 1 of these copies as a working copy to check and verify the bill. This checked copy must be submitted to the Helena Utilities Section in Helena with the final bill. 5. Check the quantity of units billed against the line drawings that were developed to verify the quantities are correct. 6. Check the units to ensure they were either shown on the original estimate, or have been given authorization to be used, on the project. For example, the utility company has billed a unit for frost, but the unit was not given authorization to be used on the project. This unit shall not be paid. 7. Check unit prices against unit price sheets for the year the work was completed. If work was completed in years with different unit prices the final bill should show the units completed at each of the different prices. For example, 1997-8 B4-1 @ $183.00 = $1098.00, 1998-9 B4-1 @ $178.00=$1602.00. 8. After all checks are made and the billed quantities are correct, complete Form 965. Make 1 copy of the completed Form 965 and sign the original and copy in the space provided. The original will be sent to Xxxxxx, the copy will be retained in the District files. 9. Complete a code sheet for the bill. Have the authorized person in the District sign the code sheet and make a copy of the code sheet for the District files. 10. Make a cover memo to send the bill to the Helena Utilities Section Contract Specialist in Helena. The memo should include the following: • Federal-aid project number, • project designation,control number, and • a list of the items being sent to Xxxxxx. 11. The following items shall be sent along with the cover memo to Xxxxxx: • 1 original of Form 965 signed; • 1 original and 1 copy of the final bill, the copy being the checked copy of the bill; • 1 copy of the line drawings used to check the bill; and • 1 original and 1 copy of the signed code sheet. ...

Unit Cost. Samsin shall provide to Energy, for budgetary purposes, as soon as practical the anticipated costs to produce, FOB Korea: v One hundred (100) complete and operating Beta II prototypes. v Production units, in lots of five thousand (5,000) and twenty five thousand (25,000) complete and operating and fully tested and certified eyewear. Note: Energy and Sperian will provide the Genesis lenses and disposable sound attenuating ear plugs (to be mounted on the earpieces) on all prototype models, and on all production models. There will be no cost to Samsin for Energy and Sperian to do so for the prototypes, and the cost to do so for production units will be arranged through a separate agreement. Therefore, all estimated coats will be for the complete eyewear product, excluding the lenses and disposable ear plugs.
