Subscription Services Term definition

Subscription Services Term means the subscription term for the Subscription Services as specified in an Order Form. “Support Level” means the Support Services plan purchased by Customer. “Support Services” means General Support and Technical Support, which are provided at according to the Support Level.

Examples of Subscription Services Term in a sentence

  • If a subscription is terminated for any reason prior to the end of the Subscription Services Term or other subscription period set forth in the Incorporated Documents or otherwise agreed to in writing by the Parties, no refund or credit will be provided.

  • Motorola reserves the right to change the subscription fees at the end of each Subscription Services Term.

  • For a Subscription Services Term exceeding one year, Customer affirms that a purchase order or notice to proceed is not required for Motorola to proceed with the entire scope of work described in the Incorporated Documents for subsequent years, including but not limited to multi-year subscription agreements.

  • StarTex further warrants that: (a) the Services shall perform materially in accordance with the Documentation during the Subscription Services Term; and (b) StarTex will perform its obligations and exercise its rights under this Agreement in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.

  • During the Subscription Services Term, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the applicable Order Form and Customer’s payment of Fees (defined in Section 4.1), StarTex hereby grants to Customer a nonexclusive, nontransferable, nonsublicensable, and limited license to: (a) access and use the Services for internal purposes only; and (b) use and reproduce the Documentation for internal purposes only.

  • If Customer is making payments for Fees via credit card, Customer will provide accurate payment information, and hereby authorizes StarTex to charge such credit card for all Fees in an applicable Order Form for the initial Subscription Services Term and any renewal thereof.

  • The Parties acknowledge and agree that each Subscription Services Term is priced as a minimum term and may not be terminated for convenience.

  • There shall be no fee adjustments or refunds for any decreases in usage during Subscription Services Term.

Related to Subscription Services Term

  • Subscription Term means the initial subscription term and if applicable any renewal subscription term of a Cloud Service identified in the Order Form.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Hosted Services means the hosting, management and operation of the computing hardware, ancillary equipment, Software, firmware, data, other services (including support services), and related resources for remote electronic access and use by the State and its Authorized Users, including any services and facilities related to disaster recovery obligations.

  • Transition Services Agreement means the transition services agreement substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.
