Each of you agree to pay the full amount of Fees and Supplementary Charges on a joint and several basis (at the rate applicable to each Term to which they relate) directly to the School.
Please note that court orders (for example, where you are separated or divorced) and other arrangements between you or third parties relating to Fees and Supplementary Charges do not normally bind or apply to the School, and do not extinguish either of your liability for the Fees and Supplementary Charges due under this Contract.

More Definitions of Supplementary Charges

Supplementary Charges means the current fees for Services and Equipment.

Supplementary Charges means charges to be paid by the Authority over and above the agreed Fees as defined in Document 5 (Individual Placement Agreement) which have been negotiated between the Authority and the Provider in order to meet a Learner’s additional needs.

Supplementary Charges means charges for additional or exceptional items relevant to the Dual Energy service as amended from time to time. “Tariff” means the price shown on the Application Form or Recorded Verbal Script.
