Supplier Marks definition

Supplier Marks means the Supplier’s trade marks (whether registered or not), logos and brands pertinent to the Supplier’s business; Supplier's Proposals has the meaning set out in Schedule 2 (Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery);

Examples of Supplier Marks in a sentence

  • Supplier specifically reserves any and all right to Supplier Marks not specifically granted to UC.

  • Upon termination of this Appendix, all rights to Supplier Marks conveyed by Supplier to UC will cease and UC will destroy or return to Supplier all media with Supplier Marks.

  • Use of Supplier Marks includes use: (a) in any advertising, (b) on Buyer’s websites, and (c) in any documentation or marketing materials for the Products or any Buyer product that incorporates the Supplier’s Product(s).

Supplier Marks means Supplier's trademarks, service marks, trade names, domain names, logos, business names, product names and/or slogans.
