Target Share Plans definition

Target Share Plans has the meaning given to it in Schedule 2;
Target Share Plans means the LTIP; the Dialog Semiconductor PLC Deferred Bonus Plan 2013 (the “DBP”); and the Dialog Semiconductor PLC Employee Share Plan 2013 (the “ESP”), incorporating California addenda where applicable;
Target Share Plans means each of the PSP, UK Sharesave, 2009 Irish Sharesave, 2019 Irish Sharesave, International Sharesave and SIP;

Examples of Target Share Plans in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the operation of the Target Share Plans includes (without limitation): granting Awards, determining the extent to which Awards vest, and satisfying the vesting of Awards and the exercise of Awards granted in the form of options.

  • The following arrangements and acknowledgments will, subject to the Scheme becoming effective in accordance with its terms, apply in respect of the Target Share Plans and the Target Employees.

  • The parties agree that the provisions of Schedule 2 shall apply in respect of the Target Share Plans and employee related matters.

Target Share Plans means each of the following share plans of the Target:
Target Share Plans means each of the LTIP 2010, LTIP 2021 and SIP; and
Target Share Plans means each of the LTIPs, the RSU Plan, the Sharesave and the ESPP, together with the CK Option.
