Telephone Charges definition

Telephone Charges means the actual charges therefor, if possible, and if not possible shall be allocated to the MCT Division on a pro rata basis calculated by multiplying (x) the total telephone charges of the Corporation by (y) a fraction, the numerator of which is the MCT Division Revenue and the denominator of which is the total United States revenue of the Corporation (including the MCT Division Revenue) ("Revenue Allocation Method").
