Telephone Charges definition

Telephone Charges means the actual charges therefor, if possible, and if not possible shall be allocated to the MCT Division on a pro rata basis calculated by multiplying (x) the total telephone charges of Purchaser by (y) a fraction, the numerator of which is the MCT Division Revenue and the denominator of which is the total United States revenue of Purchaser (including the MCT Division Revenue) ("Revenue Allocation Method").
