Temporary Schedule Change definition

Temporary Schedule Change is defined in Section 2.10.3.
Temporary Schedule Change under this policy means a limited alteration in the hours or times when an employee is expected to work or the location where an employee is expected to work, in order to accommodate a qualifying personal event. For example, a temporary schedule change includes, but is not limited to, using paid time off, working remotely, swapping or shifting work hours and using short-term unpaid leave. An employee may request a temporary schedule change which impacts less than a full business day.
Temporary Schedule Change is defined in Section 3.8(c).

Examples of Temporary Schedule Change in a sentence

  • Amazon will provide the relevant Carrier with prior written notice of each Temporary Schedule Change (including via email) and the Carrier will implement each Temporary Schedule Change as soon as reasonably practicable and will minimize any additional associated costs.

  • The Carrier will promptly provide Amazon with its estimate of incremental costs that would arise from each proposed Temporary Schedule Change and, if Amazon determines to proceed with such Temporary Schedule Change after receiving such estimate, Amazon will reimburse Sun Country for costs actually incurred by the Carrier arising from a Temporary Schedule Change in accordance with Section 2.6.13 up to the amount of such estimate.

  • For clarity, any change included in the Flight Schedule pursuant to Section 2.10.2 will not be considered a Temporary Schedule Change under this Section 2.10.3 regardless as to the duration of such change.

Temporary Schedule Change means an adjustment to an employee’s usual schedule. This can include: using short-term unpaid leave, paid time off, working remotely, or swapping or shifting working hours. Employees may have two days of changed schedule in a calendar year: either two (2) separate occasions equaling one (1) business day or one (1) occasion of up to two (2) business days.

Eligible employees may request to change their work schedule, for certain “personal events,” up to two occasions within a calendar year: either two (2) separate occasions, each totaling one (1) business day, or one (1) occasion for up to two (2) business days.

  • Temporary sign means a sign not permanently fixed and not intended to remain fixed in one position;
