Temporary Schedule Change. District may schedule employees to work for periods other than their regular or scheduled work hours in any of the following situations: a. Emergency conditions involving the maintenance, construction or repair of District facilities. b. Installation of new or additional facilities or repair of existing facilities of such character that work thereon reasonably requires work to be performed at times other than regular work hours. c. Work involving cleaning debris from the intake of plants and trash racks where extra precautionary measures are required to protect such District property or the property owned by others. d. Ice breaking and/or removal from water systems in order to maintain water flow. e. Conditions which require the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ of a plant or station which is normally unattended or is to be unattended upon completion.
Temporary Schedule Change. Prior to a temporary change in the academic schedule, which will affect the instructional/learning process, the building staff will be provided with reasonable notice whenever possible. Bargaining unit member input will be sought for temporary changes in the academic schedule.
Temporary Schedule Change. Employees will be given at least five (5) working daysnotice of any temporary change in their work schedule. A temporary change is a change lasting more than five work (5) days and up to one calendar month.
Temporary Schedule Change. If it is necessary for the Employer to adjust the starting and ending times of one (1) or more work assignments for a period of three (3) or fewer consecutive days, the Employer shall offer the temporary schedule change on a voluntary basis to the most senior qualified employee working the days in question if not detrimental (skills, gender, experience) to the Employer. If there are no volunteers, the assignment shall be made in accordance with the terms set forth in Section 5.1.
Temporary Schedule Change. 1. If service requirements necessitate a change in schedules on a temporary basis (i.e. temporary change days of week, start time, or end time), the employer must seek volunteers first. If there are no volunteers, then management will attempt to give a twenty-four (24) hour advance notice when changing the lowest senior’s schedule. If less than 24 hour notice is given and the employee cannot accommodate the change, they will suffer no consequences. The Employer agrees to promptly notify the employee involved when a change in the posted schedule is made.
Temporary Schedule Change. The supervisor and/or department head/division leader may approve a temporary change in the assigned daily start and stop times, assigned daily hours, and assigned days of work for employees assigned to a Standard LLNS Work Schedule or to a Flexible Work Schedule (see Article 2.3 and Article 2.7). Bargaining unit employees will submit makeup time requests to his/her supervisor if the change requires them to work more than eight (8) hours in a day.
