Total Remuneration means the sum of (i) base salary, (ii) bonuses, (iii) incentives, (iv) commissions and (v) other benefits, including, but not limited to, health and life insurance, club dues, contributions made by POTTERS to the 401-K plan and the Employee Stock Ownership Plan and the taxable value of an employer-provided automobile, if any.
Total Remuneration means the total annual compensation (including Awards under the Plan) which may be paid to a Director for a given year (running from one annual shareholders’ meeting to the next), as may be modified from time to time, excluding any additional retainer for acting in certain capacities such as committee chair or lead director, and any additional meeting fees.

During the term of this Agreement you will be paid a Total Remuneration, consisting of a Base Salary, Grosvenor Allowance and Work Pattern Payment.

Payment whilst on long service leave will be paid at the Employee's Total Remuneration rate.
If an Employee is requested by the Company, and the Employee agrees, to step up into another position for one rostered shift or more, the Employee will be paid a higher duties allowance (in addition to their Total Remuneration) of $135.00 per shift.
More Definitions of Total Remuneration
Total Remuneration means the sum of the Executive’s current Base Salary, plus the highest annual discretionary bonus earned by the Executive in the three (3) years ending December 31 of the year immediately preceding the Date of Termination. The Severance Amount described in this Section 7(b)(i), less applicable withholding of any tax amounts, shall be paid by the Company to the Executive over the severance period in accordance with the Company’s customary payroll practices; and
Total Remuneration means salary and any other emoluments payable directly or indirectly, whether in cash or kind, by the School to the employees. For the purposes of this Agreement, “Total Remuneration” does not include employee superannuation benefits payable by the School in satisfaction of the Superannuation Guarantee Charge legislation. A School and an employee may make a written agreement in which the employee agrees to accept total remuneration in a manner defined above. The written agreement must: clearly state the proposed arrangements for payment of the total remuneration including the agreed value of any non-monetary item, the net impact on take home pay and the liability for taxation obligations and administrative expenses (if any) which may arise from the arrangement, and recommend that the employee obtain independent financial advice prior to the commencement of the proposed written agreement. Either the School or the employee may terminate the written agreement by providing the other party with at least twenty-eight (28) days’ notice of intention to withdraw from the agreement.
Total Remuneration for a Secretary means the aggregate value of cash, Benefits and the Employer's Superannuation Contribution, provided to or on behalf of the Secretary by the Commonwealth, expressed as an annual rate.
