Termination Shares definition

Termination Shares. As defined in Section 1.2.
Termination Shares means the vested Shares owned by a Terminated Shareholder.

  • The Termination Shares shall be subject to anti-dilution provisions for a period of 24 months from the date of termination.

Termination Shares means the shares of the Company's capital stock to be purchased by Purchaser pursuant to Section 4.1 hereof.
