Third Party Goods definition

Third Party Goods means all raw materials, work-in-process and finished goods owned by Persons other than the Borrower and in Borrower’s possession.
Third Party Goods. With respect to the sale of Goods that are new, and are manufactured by a third party and resold by TRT to the Customer:

More Definitions of Third Party Goods

Third Party Goods means a product (including batteries) or item of equipment manufactured by a third party which is supplied with, or fitted to, a Product.
