Third Party Web Services definition

Third Party Web Services means (i) any and all web services made available by third parties (other than SAP, SAP SE and/or any of their affiliated companies) that are accessible through or enabled by the Cloud Service, and (ii) any and all application programming interfaces, web service definition files, and other materials made available by or on behalf of such third party web service providers to facilitate the access to and use of such web services. Third Party Web Services are not part of the Cloud Service, and Customer is solely responsible for any use of or inability to use Third Party Web Services by Customer or its Affiliates. Customer agrees to comply with all vendor terms and conditions associated with the use of any Third Party Web Services. SAP support and System Availability do not apply to any Third Party Web Services.

Related to Third Party Web Services

  • Third Party Services means any products or services of a Third Party that you can access through the Services;

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • Outsource means to cause a Service to be provided by a third-party provider which is not an Affiliate of the Provider.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Third Party Contractor as used in the Student Data Protection Act and “Operator” as used in COPPA. De-Identified Information (DII): De-Identification refers to the process by which the Contractor removes or obscures any Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) from Education Records in a way that removes or minimizes the risk of disclosure of the identity of the individual and information about them.
