Title and Operating Documents definition

Title and Operating Documents means, in respect of the Properties:

More Definitions of Title and Operating Documents

Title and Operating Documents means, in respect of any P&NG Rights or Tangibles, collectively, (a) any and all certificates of title, leases, reservations, permits, licences, exploration agreements, assignments, trust declarations, operating agreements, royalty agreements, gross overriding agreements, participation agreements, farm-in and farm-out agreements, unit agreements, production sharing agreements, sale and purchase agreements, assignments, pooling agreements and any other documents and agreements granting, reserving or otherwise conferring rights to (i) explore for, drill for, produce, take, use or market Hydrocarbons, (ii) share in the production of Hydrocarbons, (iii) share in the proceeds from, or measured or calculated by reference to the value or quantity of, Hydrocarbons which are produced, and (iv) rights to acquire any of the rights described in items (i) to (iii) of this definition, and (b) any and all agreements (i) by virtue of which P&NG Rights or Tangibles were acquired or constructed or held, (ii) to which the construction, ownership, development of P&NG Rights or Tangibles are subject, or (iii) which grant rights which are or may be used in connection with P&NG Rights or Tangibles.
Title and Operating Documents means all agreements, contracts, instruments and other documents that govern the ownership, operation or use of the Assets or relate to Permitted Encumbrances, including (i) the Leases and other agreements and instruments pursuant to which the Oil Sands Rights were issued, granted or created, (ii) permits, licenses, approvals and authorizations, (iii) operating agreements, unit agreements, production allocation agreements, trust declarations, participation agreements, joint venture agreements, farmin agreements, farmout agreements and royalty agreements, (iv) agreements that create or relate to Surface Interests, (v) agreements for the construction, ownership and/or operation of the Tangibles, (vi) trust declarations and other documents and instruments that evidence the Vendor's interests in the Assets; and (vii) trust declarations pursuant to which the Vendor holds interests in the Lands in trust for other Persons.
Title and Operating Documents means, in respect of the Assets: (i) any contract or agreement pursuant to which the Vendor derives any interest in the Assets, including without limitation, the Leases, Table of Contents agreements of purchase and sale, farm-in agreements, pooling agreements, unit agreements and royalty agreements; and (ii) any contract or agreement entered into in the normal course of the oil and gas business in respect of the exploitation of Petroleum and Natural Gas Rights or the operation of Tangibles, including without limitation, joint operating agreements, unit operating agreements, farmout agreements, pooling agreements, royalty agreements, common stream agreements, gas processing agreements, gas gathering agreements, agreements for the sale of Petroleum Substances, agreements relating to Surface Rights, agreements for the construction, ownership or operation of Tangibles and agreements for the transportation of Petroleum Substances;
