TPA Services means, with respect to the MetLife Group, services for the administration of an Affiliate’s insurance products for which applicable laws require a license or registration if such services are performed by a party other than such Affiliate. TPA Services shall include claims processing and premium collection to the extent required by law.

TPA Services means third party administrative services, such as customer relationship management, financial services administration, claims management, captive management and call center management.

Companies Creative Planning owns AB401k (f/k/a America’s Best 401(k)), a provider of retirement plan services and Creative Planning TPA Services, LLC (“CPTPA”), which provides plan recordkeeping and/or third-party administration services.
All charges for TPA Services provided under any such agreement for TPA Services are included within the charges for policy administration Services and will be paid pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
The Plan Sponsor shall notify PHP TPA Services of all changes in participation for any reason within 30 days of the change.
During the term of the Agreement and for five (5) years after the termination of an Agreement, PHP TPA Services shall maintain at its principal administrative office books and records of all transactions between it and the Plan Sponsor.
PHP TPA Services shall maintain a fidelity bond or, if applicable, a surety bond covering PHP TPA Services and any of its employees who may collect, disburse or otherwise handle or have possession of any funds of the Plan or who may have the authority to authorize or order disbursements or payments on behalf of the Plan.

More Definitions of TPA Services

TPA Services means third party administration and related services including the services, functions and responsibilities to be performed under the New Customer Contracts. TPA Services shall not include (i) marketing (including activities such as product development, product pricing, marketing material development or outreach sales support), underwriting or actuarial services of the types performed by LMG prior to the Effective Date or (ii) marketing-related services normally provided by a wholesaler or managing general agent (MGA) that are not normally marketed in the industry as a stand-alone service by third party administrators (e.g., scrubbing applications but not 1035 exchanges, transfer collection services and billing and premium collection provided for a fee).
