Traffic Improvements definition

Traffic Improvements means the Traffic Improvements set forth in the Traffic Improvements Agreement between the Developer and the City dated January 10, 2017, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit C, and as further described in Section 5.4 herein.
Traffic Improvements is defined in Section 6.3. “Traffic Signal” is defined in Section 6.3. “Transfer” is defined in Section 11.1.
Traffic Improvements means all traffic improvements associated with the City Project, including Traffic Mitigations, pedestrian access, vehicular traffic signalization and controls and associated vehicular access and circulation infrastructure and signage.

Examples of Traffic Improvements in a sentence

  • After approval and acceptance by the Village of Traffic Improvements to standards approved by the Village, the appropriate governmental entity shall be responsible for maintaining the Traffic Improvements.

More Definitions of Traffic Improvements

Traffic Improvements. The “Traffic Improvements” consist of the following items:
Traffic Improvements means the infrastructure improvements to 66th Street that will not only make the area viable for additional industrial development, but will also provide improved bus access to Pioneer Pleasant-Vale Elementary School. The scope of the Traffic Improvements is to reconstruct 66th Street from U.S. 412 north to Willow Road to industrial standards in order to withstand the anticipated loads associated with industries such as trans- shipment handling, manufacturing, and oil & gas support and heavy maintenance industries.
Traffic Improvements means all of the roadway and related traffic improvements described in Section 3 of the Transportation Agreement and required to be constructed under the Transportation Agreement as a condition to obtaining a building or occupancy permit for any Buildings located on Parcel SE-I B-2. ​
Traffic Improvements means the infrastructure improvements to North 4th Street (N. Allen Rd.) that will better serve the truck traffic supporting facility operations. The scope of the Traffic Improvements will be to mill, overlay, and or replace portions of N. 4th Street as necessary to provide adequate infrastructure serving the ADM Milling operations.

  • Public Improvements means only the following improvements: housing facilities; garbage disposal plants; rubbish disposal plants; incinerators; transportation systems, including plants, works, instrumentalities, and properties used or useful in connection with those systems; sewage disposal systems, including sanitary sewers, combined sanitary and storm sewers, plants, works, instrumentalities, and properties used or useful in connection with the collection, treatment, or disposal of sewage or industrial wastes; storm water systems, including storm sewers, plants, works, instrumentalities, and properties used or useful in connection with the collection, treatment, or disposal of storm water; water supply systems, including plants, works, instrumentalities, and properties used or useful in connection with obtaining a water supply, the treatment of water, or the distribution of water; utility systems for supplying light, heat, or power, including plants, works, instrumentalities, and properties used or useful in connection with those systems; approved cable television systems, approved cable communication systems, or telephone systems, including plants, works,

  • Licensee Improvements means Improvements created, conceived, or reduced to practice by or for Licensee.

  • Private Improvements means the improvements to be constructed on the Property that are not Public Improvements.

  • Site Improvements means any construction work on, or improvement to, streets, roads, parking facilities, sidewalks, drainage structures and utilities.

  • Minimum Improvements means the acquisition of land and construction of a 64-unit market rate residential apartment building and related improvements. The Minimum Improvements are more fully depicted in Exhibit B, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein.

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas. Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Public improvement means projects for construction, reconstruction or major renovation on real property by or for a public agency. “Public Works” shall mean roads, highways, buildings, structures and improvement of all types, the construction, reconstruction, major renovation or painting of which is carried on or contracted for by any public agency to serve the public interest by does not include the reconstruction or renovation of privately owned property which is leased by a public agency.

  • Needs Improvement the Educator’s performance on a standard or overall is below the requirements of a standard or overall, but is not considered to be unsatisfactory at this time. Improvement is necessary and expected.  Unsatisfactory: the Educator’s performance on a standard or overall has not significantly improved following a rating of needs improvement, or the Educator’s performance is consistently below the requirements of a standard or overall and is considered inadequate, or both.

  • Improvements shall have the meaning set forth in the granting clause of the Mortgage.

  • Joint Improvements means Improvements the inventors of which are jointly (a) employees of, or others obligated to assign inventions to, ImmunoGen or any Affiliate of ImmunoGen, and (b) employees of, or others obligated to assign inventions to, Lilly or any Affiliate of Lilly.

  • Quality Improvement means a focus on activities to improve performance above minimum standards and reasonably expected levels of performance, quality and practice.

  • Improvement Costs means any additional expenditure on a fixed asset that materially increases the capacity of the asset or materially improves its functioning or represents more than 10% of the initial depreciation base of the asset;

  • Collective Work means a work, such as a periodical issue, anthology or encyclopedia, in which the Work in its entirety in unmodified form, along with a number of other contributions, constituting separate and independent works in themselves, are assembled into a collective whole. A work that constitutes a Collective Work will not be considered a Derivative Work (as defined below) for the purposes of this License.

  • Improvement Plan means the plan required by the Authority from the Supplier which shall detail how the Supplier will improve the provision of the Goods and/or Services pursuant to Clause 29.1.1 (Authority Remedies);
