Transaction Bonus Plan definition

Transaction Bonus Plan means any bonus plan implemented by the Company or any Subsidiary in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Transaction Bonus Plan means a pool not exceeding $500,000 which the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, with the approval of the Company’s Compensation and Human Resources Committee, can direct be paid out by the Company to those of its employees who have provided special assistance in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.

More Definitions of Transaction Bonus Plan

Transaction Bonus Plan means that certain plan described in that certain document titled “MD America Energy, LLC Transaction Bonus Plan” purportedly authorized by Debtor MD America Energy, LLC in May 2019, as it may have been amended, supplemented or modified from time to time prior to the Petition Date, including related awards agreements, supplements and other documents purporting to provide rights thereunder or in relation thereto.

Transaction Bonus Plan means the schedule of bonus payments set forth on Section 3.2 of the Company Disclosure Schedule which requires bonuses to be paid to the employees and service providers listed thereon as a result of the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Transaction Bonus Plan set forth in Section 1.01(a) of the Original Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety, and any reference to the Transaction Bonus Plan set forth in the Disclosure Schedule or any Schedule to the Original Agreement shall be disregarded.
