Transitional Assistance definition

Transitional Assistance shall have the meaning set out in clause 5.6.4;
Transitional Assistance means any assistance related to changing a hospital's current healthcare delivery model to a model more appropriate for the community that the hospital serves, including, but not limited to: Conducting a market study of healthcare services needed and provided in the community; acquiring and implementing new technological tools and infrastructure, including, but not limited to, telemedicine delivery methods; and acquiring the services of appropriate personnel, including, but not limited to, additional medical residents or individuals trained to be needed healthcare professionals.

Transitional Assistance means technical services, personnel, assistance, training, the supply of Fuel Products, and other logistical, administrative, and other transitional support as required by the Acquirer and approved by the Commission to facilitate the transfer of the Retail Fuel Assets to the Acquirer, including, but not limited to, services, training, personnel, and support related to: audits, finance and accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, employee benefits, payroll, pensions, human resources, information technology and systems, maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment, Fuel Products supply, purchasing, quality control, R&D support, technology transfer, use of Respondents’ brands for transitional purposes, operating permits and licenses, regulatory compliance, sales and marketing, customer service, and supply chain management and customer transfer logistics.
Transitional Assistance means any (i) administrative assistance (including, but not limited to, order processing, shipping, accounting, and information transitioning services) or (ii) technical assistance with respect to the provision of light petroleum products terminaling services.
