Tuition Refunds. For students who withdraw from all of their classes or fail to satisfactorily complete any credit hours at both Institutions, the Home Institution tuition refund and cash disbursement repayment policies will prevail. Tuition that may be retained by each Institution will be distributed based on the same percentage of tuition assessed and paid at each Institution. Tuition Refunds. As staffing decisions have been made for your child, a refund of tuition will be made during the first 10 school days of the current school year. Following the 10-day time period, tuition is non-refundable. Students transferring out of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ during the school year are responsible for the full year tuition.

Related to Tuition Refunds

  • Tuition pupil means a pupil of school age attending school in a district other than the pupil's district of residence for whom tuition may be charged to the district of residence. Tuition pupil does not include a pupil who is a special education pupil, a pupil described in subsection (6)(c) to (o), or a pupil whose parent or guardian voluntarily enrolls the pupil in a district that is not the pupil's district of residence. A pupil's district of residence shall not require a high school tuition pupil, as provided under section 111, to attend another school district after the pupil has been assigned to a school district.

  • Tuition Fees means a sum specified in the Offer Letter, payable by the Student to cover tuition, access to College facilities, enrolment procedures and orientation meetings, use of Information Technology facilities, exam sitting and a Kaplan award on successful completion of the Programme; and

  • Tuition means the total amount of money charged for the cost of a qualifying student to attend an independent school including, but not limited to, fees for attending the school and school-related transportation.

  • Tuition Fee means the basic tuition fee applicable to specific programmes and shall include auxiliary fees which are for required instruction but shall exclude any other fees such as international student differential fees, co-op fees, and student union fees.

  • Tax Refunds means refunds of any Cash paid by the Participating CCAA Parties on account of Taxes, refunded to such Participating CCAA Parties from time to time by the applicable Taxing Authorities;
