Tuition Refunds. If you have withdrawn your child from any of our programs, and there is a tuition refund due after your deposit has been applied, that will be returned to you 60 days post the receipt of the written, 30 day paid notice.

Tuition Refunds. 5.1 Withdrawal prior to or on the first day of class: 100% of tuition minus confirmation fee and cancellation fee. 5.2 Withdrawal after the first day of class, but no later than five days after the beginning of classes: 50% of tuition minus confirmation fee and cancellation fee. 5.3 Thereafter (if enrolled for a single semester): no refund 5.4 Thereafter, with respect to Students enrolled for the entire academic year and who withdraw during the first semester: second-semester tuition and summer semester tuition minus confirmation and cancellation fee. 5.5 Thereafter, with respect to Students enrolled for the entire academic year and who withdraw during the second or summer term: no refund. 5.6 Withdrawal on the first day of USA federal loan disbursements or thereafter: no refund. 5.7 Tuition assistance, grants, and scholarships provided by the Program and TAU are contingent on successful completion of the course of studies. Early withdrawal cancels the aforementioned funding and makes the Student liable for the full tuition as covered in clauses 5.1 to 5.5

Tuition Refunds. For students who withdraw from all their classes or fail to satisfactorily complete any credit hours at both schools, the home school’s Title IV Return and Repayment policies will prevail.
Tuition Refunds. Book, fundraiser and registration fees are non-refundable. If a departure of a student occurs after February 1, there will be no refunds of any tuition payments made for the school year that the departure occurs. Tuition Refunds. In the event an employee successfully completes course work considered to be of benefit to the City, consideration shall be given toward reimbursement of up to 100% of the tuition expense. In order to receive consideration for reimbursement of tuition, the employee shall obtain the written concurrence of his Department Director that the proposed course is related to the employee's present duties, that successful completion of the course will be of mutual benefit to both the City and the employee involved, and that the course is offered through an accredited university, college, or vocational school. This concurrence shall be obtained before beginning the pertinent course of study. The Department Director shall render his or her decision on this matter prior to the commencement of the requested class. The employee shall also sign an agreement that the reimbursed tuition will be returned to the city in the event of separation from city employment within twelve (12) months from the date of completion of the course. Upon successful completion of the course involved, and prior to receiving a refund, the employee shall provide an official transcript and the tuition amount to Human Resources. Upon hire or at request, each employee will be provided a copy of this policy/coverage plan.

Tuition Refunds. For students who withdraw during the school year voluntarily or at the request of the administration, families will receive a tuition refund for the quarters that the student has not yet started. If the student withdraws at any time during the quarter, the family will be charged the full tuition for that quarter. Refunds will be processed after the student has withdrawn from the school. Otherwise, there will be no refund, credit, or reduction for withdrawal, absences, vacations, snow days, illnesses, holidays, remote learning, COVID-19 closures or relocation.
Tuition Refunds. StageLights will not provide tuition refunds after the date that a payment is due. If tuition is paid early, any portion that is not yet due is fully refundable if a student withdraws from our program. For example, if a 5-week parent/guardian includes a check for full payment ($475) at the time the deposit is due but needs to withdraw their child before the final payment is due, they would be refunded everything except the $175 deposit. Student’s Signature / Dated The institution shall refund the unused portion of tuition fees and other charges if the student does not register for the period of attendance or withdraws there from at any time prior to completion of the course, or otherwise fails to complete the period of enrollment. The institutional refund policy for students who have completed 60 percent or less of the course of instruction shall be a pro-rated refund. The refund shall be calculated as follows:
