UCC Search Report. As promptly as practicable after the date of delivery to Administrative Agent of any UCC financing statement executed by any Loan Party pursuant to subsection 4.2D(iii) or 6.8A, copies of completed UCC searches evidencing the proper filing, recording and indexing of all such UCC financing statement and listing all other effective financing statements that name such Loan Party as debtor, together with copies of all such other financing statements not previously delivered to Administrative Agent by or on behalf of Company or such Loan Party;
UCC Search Report means a UCC search report in the name of the applicable Seller and Facility conducted at the state and county level in the state in which the applicable Facility is located and, if different, in the state in which the applicable Seller is organized and in the state in which the applicable Seller's chief executive office is located.
UCC Search Report means the reports set forth as Schedule 2 as to previously filed UCC financing statements. Members of the firm are admitted to the bar in the States of California and New York, and we do not express any opinion as to the laws of any other jurisdictions other than (i) the corporate laws of the State of Maryland, (ii) the mortgage laws of the State of Nevada, and (iii) the laws of the United States to the extent specifically addressed herein. In addition, our security interest opinions in Part B hereof are limited to Articles 8 and 9 of the Applicable UCC and therefore such opinions do not address (a) laws of jurisdictions other than Nevada and California and the laws of Nevada and California except for Articles 8 and 9 of the Applicable UCC, and (b) collateral of a type not subject to Articles 8 and 9 of the Applicable UCC.
