User Subscription definition

User Subscription means the fees and charges which Customer is charged for use of the Service during the Subscription Term together with any additional fees which may be due under this Agreement.
User Subscription means an assignment of a Subscription that will permit one Authorized User that has been assigned an Account by You to access the Software under the User Subscription License or SaaS Subscription License;
User Subscription means a right for a specific individual User to access the Internet using the Service. More Definitions of User Subscription

User Subscription means a subscription granted by Us to You for Developer Services, which is assigned by You to a User. The duration of any User Subscription shall be as described in Section 10.2 (Term of Basic Developer Service User Subscriptions) or Section 11.7.a (Term of Supplemental Developer Service User Subscriptions), as applicable.
User Subscription means the user subscription(s) purchased by the Customer pursuant to clause 6 which entitles the Customer to access and use the Software and Documentation in accordance with this Agreement;
User Subscription the user subscription relating to each Authorised User to access and use the Portal and the Documentation in accordance with this Agreement.

User Subscription is defined as access, usage and support for the number of users indicated on the Authorization Form.
