Virtual Schooling definition

Virtual Schooling means a method of education in an accredited program of study in which instructional delivery is either synchronous or asynchronous.

Examples of Virtual Schooling in a sentence

  • Parents agree that the student attends the School at their own risk and that the School is not liable in respect of any injury or liability that may occur to the student whilst (i) attending the School generally (or as the case may be, attending the School’s Virtual Schooling provision) , (ii) participating in activities (organised by the School and/ or a third party), or (iii) using the School’s computers, except to the extent that the injury arises as a result of negligence by the School.
