Warranty Correction Period means the period from Initial Acceptance to Final Acceptance during which Contractor is responsible for correcting defects or non- conforming Work and to keep the Work in good repair. May also be referred to as Warranty Period.

  • The Warranty Correction Period for Defective Work does not constitute a limitation period with respect to Thornton’s right to enforce Contractor’s other obligations under this Agreement or the Contract Documents.

  • CONTRACT END DATE Contract performance shall terminate as of December 31, 2027, with no new obligations being incurred after this date unless the Contract is properly amended, provided that the terms of this Contract and performance expectations and obligations shall survive its termination for the purpose of resolving any claim or dispute, for completing any negotiated terms and warranties, to allow any close out or transition performance, reporting, invoicing or final payments, or during any lapse between amendments.   • Improvement warranty period means a period:

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.

  • Error Correction means the use of reasonable commercial efforts to correct Errors.

  • Service Failure means a failure by the Contractor to provide the Services in accordance with any individual service level described above (measured on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis)

  • Correction as used in this clause, means the elimination of a defect.

  • Service Level Failure means a failure to perform the Software Support Services fully in compliance with the Support Service Level Requirements.

  • Production Period is the period that for winter cereal advances commences October 1, 2021 and terminates September 30, 2023; for advances on all other field crops, honey, hogs, goats, sheep and lambs commences April 1, 2022 and terminates September 30, 2023; and for advances on cattle, continuous flow cattle, and bison commences on April 1, 2022 and terminates on March 31, 2024.

  • Alcohol Screening Device (ASD) means a breath or saliva device, other than an Evidential Breath Testing Device (EBT), that is approved by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and placed on its Conforming Products List for such devices.
