Warranty Correction Period definition

Warranty Correction Period means the period from Initial Acceptance to Final Acceptance during which Contractor is responsible for correcting defects or non- conforming Work and to keep the Work in good repair. May also be referred to as Warranty Period.
Warranty Correction Period means a period of twelve (12) months from Delivery of Vessel, plus any extension provided for herein. Regarding Warranty Deficiencies related to WP-05 (Z-Drive Maintenance), Contractor shall provide: • Twelve (12) month parts and labor Warranty on repairs performed by Wartsila Defense, Inc. • Twelve (12) month labor Warranty on defective Workmanship performed by Contractor. Re-drydocking costs related to the Port Z-Drive stem section O-ring replacement are excluded from this Warranty. However, re-drydocking costs related to Starboard Z-Drive Maintenance are included in this Warranty. Substantial Completion prior to Final Acceptance in lieu of Initial Acceptance followed by a warranty period.

At a minimum, the scope of the commissioning tests performed shall include the commissioning test specified in Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc. (IEEE) Standard 1547 Section 5.4 "Commissioning tests".

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.

  • Error Correction means the use of reasonable commercial efforts to correct Errors.

  • Correction as used in this clause, means the elimination of a defect.

  • Defects Notification Period means the period for notifying defects in the Works or a Section (as the case may be) under Sub-Clause 11.1 [Completion of Outstanding Work and Remedying Defects], which extends over 365 days except if otherwise stated in the SCC (with any extension under Sub-Clause 11.3 [Extension of Defects Notification Period]), calculated from the date on which the Works or Section is completed as certified under Sub-Clause 10.1[Taking Over of the Works and Sections].
