Warranty Spare Parts means spare parts (excluding the items listed in Part 2 of Schedule 1) to be supplied by the Contractor as part of the Warranty Services or otherwise under its obligations as specified in the Technical Specifications.“Warranties”has the meaning given to it in Clause 19.2 of the Conditions of Contract.“Work” or “Services”means all work to be performed by the Contractor including (a) all those work to ensure that the Vessel, the Equipment and the Deliverables to be delivered to the Government comply with the Technical Specifications, and pass the Technical Acceptance and Delivery Acceptance; (b) the Warranty Services; and (c) the Guarantee Slipping.“working day”means Monday to Friday other than a public holiday (as defined in the Interpretation and General Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 1 of the Laws of Hong Kong)) or a day on which Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted or a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is in force for any time during 9:00 to 17:00 in Hong Kong.“World Meteorological Organization” or “WMO”means the United Nation’s specialised agency that has defined an internationally recognised method of describing sea states as used inthese Tender Documents.

  • Metering Equipment means all metering equipment installed at the metering points designated in the appropriate appendix to an Interconnection Service Agreement. Minimum State of Charge:
