This Lease,including the following Exhibits: Exhibit A — Outline and Location of Premises Exhibit B — Rules and Regulations Exhibit C — Payment of Basic Costs Exhibit D — Work Letter Exhibit E — Additional Provisions constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter of this Lease and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings between the parties related to the Premises, including all lease proposals, letters of intent and similar documents.
The provisions of the Work Letter (Exhibit C to the Lease) have been completed and shall no longer apply; Landlord shall not be required to make additional improvements to the Premises, except as set forth above.
