Y2K Plan definition

Y2K Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 4.19.

More Definitions of Y2K Plan

Y2K Plan has the meaning given such term in Section 5.21(a).
Y2K Plan means a plan of reprogramming and testing for the purpose of providing reasonable assurance that all significant computer software and hardware developed or currently used (including third party software and hardware necessary for the conduct of its business) by Commerce or its Subsidiaries will be Y2K Compliant.
