En tales casos, el Comité Organizador cancelará el Evento sin su responsabilidad, mediante notificación por escrito al Expositor. Una vez entregada dicha notificación, el Comité no tendrá ninguna otra obligación frente al Expositor. Un cambio en el nombre del Evento no constituye una cancelación por parte del Organizador. En todas esas circunstancias, el total del monto pagado por el Expositor quedará a beneficio del Comité Organizador. VII JURISDICCIÓN 25. Para todo lo relativo a la interpretación y cumplimiento del presente contrato las partes manifiestan expresamente su anuencia en someterse a los jueces y Tribunales de la Ciudad de México, así como los dispositivos legales a que se refiere el Código Civil vigente en lo relativo a obligaciones en general, y en especie, renunciando al fuero de cualquier otro domicilio presente o futuro. 21. If the Exhibition is rescheduled, relocated, or shortened before the event start date, the signed contract agreement will apply to the new time, location or duration, unless the Exhibitor objects in writing within two weeks after receiving the written notification from the Committee. Should an objection notice be received the company will be able to utilize their investment towards the next event if the Committee determines that the exhibition cannot be postponed and executed within an appropriate future period, the Committee has the right to cancel the exhibition. In that case the Committee will transfer the investment to the next edition of the event. If the exhibition is permanently canceled, the Committee will reimburse the exhibitor the amount for the total space paid by the exhibitor within the following 30 (thirty) calendar days after the receipt of the notification. 22. In the event that the exhibition does not take place as scheduled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Committee, including damage caused by visitors to the event, other exhibitors or persons acting on their own initiative, or natural disasters, the Exhibitor frees the Committee of all responsibility for any damage and the claim of any type of compensation, including reimbursement of the participation fee. Additionally, the Committee cannot assume responsibility for the volume of the audience, or the sales generated by the exhibitor during the responsibilityfor thevolumeoftheaudience,orthesalesgeneratedbytheexhibitorduringthe event. 23. The Organizing Committee cannot and does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, information, products, and services offered by exhibiting companies. Exhibitors and visitors acknowledge that all negotiations held among them are private in nature and independent of their contractual relationship, if any, with the Committee, the Committee’s sponsors, or affiliates. 24. Force majeure. The Organizing Committee will not be responsible to the exhibitor for any loss suffered, nor will it be in breach under this exhibition contract for any delay, failure or interruptionthatresultsdirectlyorindirectlyfromindustrialactions,blackouts,fires,wars,SARS, pandemics, civil, popular or military disturbances, earthquakes, labour disputes, the construction and / or modification of venues including the event venue, government regulation, strike, closure, court order, act of war, natural disasters, terrorist acts, violence, facilities malfunction, flood, epidemics, explosion, accident, blockade, embargo, government limitations, weather related catastrophes, actions committed by public enemies, riot or civil disturbance, disorder or lack of adequate transportation, inability to obtain sufficient labour, stateorfederalregulations,governmentemergencies,oranyothereventorcausebeyondthe organizers’ control orif attendance at the exhibition is negatively affected by any of the events or causes named by this clause. In such cases, the Organizing Committee will cancel theevent, by a written notification to the exhibitor. Once said notification has been delivered, the Committee will have no other obligation towards the Exhibitor. A change in the name of the event does not constitute a cancellation by the Organizers. In all these circumstances, the total amount paid by the Exhibitorwill beforthe benefit ofthe Organizing Committee. VII JURISDICTION 25. For all matters concerning the interpretation and performance of this agreement, the parties expressly declare their consent to submit to the judges and courts of Mexico City, as well as to the legal provisions of the current Civil Code in force in Mexico City, waiving the jurisdiction ofany other Court corresponding to their present or future addresses.

Causas de fuerza mayor. El Comité organizador no será responsable ante el Expositor por ninguna pérdida sufrida, ni estará en incumplimiento bajo este contrato de exhibición por cualquier retraso, falla o interrupción que resulte directa o indirectamente de acciones industriales, apagones, incendios, guerras, SARS, pandemias, disturbios civiles, populares o militaresomilitares, terremotos, disputas laborales, la construcción y/o modificación de las sedes incluyendo el Lugar del Evento, la regulación gubernamental, huelga, clausura, orden judicial, acto xx xxxxxx, desastres naturales, actos terroristas, violencia, mal funcionamiento de instalaciones, contingencias, inundación, epidemia, explosión, accidente, bloqueo, embargo, inclemencia del tiempo, limitaciones gubernamentales, eventos climatológicos, acciones cometidas por enemigos públicos, motín o disturbio civil, trastorno o carencia de transporte adecuado, incapacidad para obtener mano de obra suficiente, leyes referentes a materia técnica u otras disposiciones relativas al personal, ordenanzas municipales, disposiciones estatales o federales, emergencias gubernamentales, o cualquier otro evento o causa fuera del control del organizador de los organizadores o si la asistencia a la exhibición se ve afectada negativamente por alguno de los eventos o causas nominados por esta cláusula. En tales casos, el Comité Organizador cancelará el Evento sin su responsabilidadEventosin suresponsabilidad, mediante notificación por escrito al Expositor. Una vez entregada vezentregada dicha notificación, el Comité no tendrá ninguna otra obligación otraobligación frente al Expositor. Un cambio en el enel nombre del Evento no constituye una cancelación por parte del Organizadorde los Organizadores. Should an objection notice be received the company will be able to utilize their investment towards the next event if the Committee determines that the exhibition cannot be postponed and executed within an appropriate future period, the Committee has the right to cancel the exhibition. In that case the Committee will transfer the investment to the next edition of the event. If attendance at the exhibition is permanently cancelednegatively affected by any of the events or causes named by this clause. In such cases, the Organizing Committee will cancel the event, bya written notification tothe exhibitor. Once saidnotification has beendelivered, the Committee will reimburse havenootherobligation towards the exhibitor Exhibitor.
