Booking. By sending the completed booking form, you submit a binding offer to conclude the Rental Agreement and accept these Terms. No Rental Agreement is binding until after Roadsurfer issues a written booking confirmation by email via the booking port xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx/xx/xxxx, which was intentionally triggered by Roadsurfer. We reserve the right to decline entering into the Rental Agreement at any time. The 50% down payment of the total rental price is required for a booking (including any extras and service fee), which is due within 7 days of booking (i.e., of receipt of the booking confirmation). The remainder must be received 60 days prior to departure. In the case of a booking less than 7 days prior to departure, the total rental price is due immediately. If the down payment or the balance is not made on time, we may use our discretion to decide when to cancel the booking.

Booking. 2.2.1. Via the Website 2.2.2. By telephone or in the offices

Booking. For the rentals, the booking is only possible for a minimum time of 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday or from Sunday to Sunday depending on the campsite) from July 8th to August 27th 2017 and of 2 nights in low season (except for special and bank holiday week-ends). For rentals, the arrivals are between 4pm and 8pm and departures are between 8am and 10am. Arrangments will be made for week-ends and bank holidays.

Booking. Renting becomes effective only after the reception of the complete booking contract and after deduction of the down payment corresponding to 25% of the total price and booking fees made out to S.A.R.L. camping du chêne. Should the costumer cancel his booking, the down deposit will not be refund. The camping du chêne reserves the right not to accept the reservation. Any modification of the initial contrat will cancel it and no refund will be granted.

Booking. Return the booking form duly completed and accompanied by your payment.

Booking. The tenant shall agree to pay 30% of the full rental at the time of online booking. After booking online and in order to complete the booking of the property, the tenant shall return the present agreement to the landlord duly initialled on each page and signed.

Booking. Your reservation is considered final as soon as it has been confirmed by us. You will have to pay the balance by mail or phone 30 days before your arrival on the site, otherwise the reservation may be considered cancelled and the deposit kept.

A deposit equivalent to 50% of the total rental price is required for a booking (including any extras and service fee) (the “Deposit”). The total rental price, plus all applicable Sales Taxes, is due within 7 days of booking (i.e., of receipt of the booking confirmation) and Roadsurfer shall apply the Deposit received from you as partial consideration for the booking on that day. The total rental price, including any applicable Sale Taxes payable pursuant to these Terms, less the Deposit, must be received 60 days prior to departure. In the case of a booking less than 7 days prior to departure, the total rental price, plus all applicable Sales Taxes, are due immediately. If the Deposit or any balance amount due are not made on time, we may use our discretion to decide when to cancel the booking.
