Charges (general). In consideration of the license granted and/or Services provided by Nextlane Customer agrees to pay the Charges, Minimum Charges / Commitment (if any) in accordance with the payment terms set forth in the Quote(s). Payments are non-cancelable, non-refundable, and non-creditable with no right of offset or suspension, except as otherwise expressly provided in the Agreement or as required by Applicable Law.
