Ethics. 23.1. Ethics. The mobility activity must be carried out in line with the highest ethical standards and the applicable EU, international and national law on ethical principles.
Ethics. The Supplier hereby declares that it does not resort to forced, unwilling or concealed work. Furthermore, the Supplier undertakes not to employ any personnel under sixteen (16) years of age. The Supplier is responsible for the protection and safety of its employees at their place of work and must prohibit all forms of discrimination (social, religious, racial etc.). In the event that the Supplier fails to comply with any of these conditions, LMN reserves the right to rescind the order and to claim compensation for the prejudice caused by such cancellation of the order.
Ethics. The Vendor undertakes to comply with the ethical rules in affect with the Purchaser, It undertakes not to make any offer or have any behaviour towards the employees of the Purchaser and its commercial partners, which could infringe the principle of free competition and, in particular, aim to obtain from its employees or commercial partners any advantage whatsoever in the placing of the order, in its modalities of execution and, more generally, which may exercise an influence on the relationship between the Vendor and the Purchaser.
Ethics. Supplier undertakes: - to comply and declares that it has complied with the laws and regulations on the fight against corruption (SAPIN II laws, OECD Convention, UNCAC,...). - that no civil or criminal sanctions, either abroad or in France, have been imposed on him for violating anti-corruption laws and regulations. And that no proceedings or investigations are ongoing against him on these points. - that no employee of his company has been convicted in France or abroad, in civil or criminal proceedings, of violations of laws or regulations relating to the fight against corruption. - not to have granted directly or indirectly an undue advantage (gift, invitation,...) in return or with a view to the conclusion of the Contract or any other commitment between the Parties. In the event of an undue advantage paid by an employee of the Supplier directly or indirectly to an employee, manager, representative of the IRT or any person or entity that may have an influence on decision-making within the IRT, the Supplier must immediately inform the IRT.

23.4. Declaration of Integrity:
1. The Customer has not been convicted for acts of corruption, influence peddling or money laundering pronounced less than five years ago.
2. The Customer is not directly or indirectly in one of the following conflict of interest situations:
2.1) has business or family relationships (directly or indirectly) with a member of the Casino Group involved in the selection process or controlling the Contract or the payments resulting therefrom, unless the resulting conflict has been brought to the Casino Group’s attention and resolved to its satisfaction;
2.2) directly or indirectly maintain contacts with a member of the Casino Group that allowit to have access to confidential information relating to the Casino Group in connection with its offers or to directly or indirectly influence the Casino Group's decisions.
3. The Customer undertakes to inform the Casino Group without delay of any change in situation with regard to points 1 to 2 above, as well as of any potential conflict of interest, which could disrupt the current or future negotiation process. As applicable, the Customer undertakes to take all necessary measures to remedy the situation or limit the effects thereof.
4. In connection with the conclusion and performance of the Contract:
4.1) The Customer has not committed and will not commit any unfair maneuver (action or omission) that is intended to deliberately deceive others, intentionally conceal information from them, fraudulently obtain (surprendre) or vitiate their consent or to make them circumvent legal or regulatory obligations for the purpose of obtaining an illegitimate benefit;
4.2) The Customer has not committed and will not commit any unfair maneuver (action or omission) that is contrary to the legal or regulatory obligations applicable to it for the purpose of obtaining an illegitimate benefit;
4.3) The Customer has not promised, offered or granted and will not promise, offer or grant, directly or indirectly, to (i) any person holding a legislative, executive, administrative or judicial officein France, whether appointed or elected, on a permanent or temporary basis, whether paid or unpaid and regardless of their hierarchical level, (ii) any other person who performs a function, including for a public body or public company, or who provides a public service, or (iii) any other pe...
