RECEIPT - ACCEPTANCE. No goods received may be tacitly considered as accepted. Unless agreed otherwise through a convention concluded between the Parties, the receipt, acceptance or checking of the compliance of the Supply must be completed within thirty (30) days of delivery. Supplied goods may only be considered to be accepted after checking of their compliance with respect to the drawings, technical specifications, Manufacturing Baseline, general quality requirements and order specifications. La délivrance d’un Procès-verbal de réception ne peut en aucun cas être interprétée en une quelconque renonciation, ou affecter l’étendue des garanties ou des autres engagements du Fournisseur au titre des présentes ou de toute garantie légale. Le contrôle effectué chez le Fournisseur par une administration ou tout autre organisme ne peut, en aucun cas constituer une dérogation à la présente clause. En cas de litige, le Fournisseur sera informé par écrit de la non-conformité. Pour les produits sous-traités, LTS pourra effectuer des retouches aux frais du Fournisseur si le délai de retouche n'est pas compatible avec les besoins LTS.
