Common use of RENT Clause in Contracts

RENT. The Lease is granted and accepted at a principal monthly rent amount inclusive of tax calculated on the basis of a daily amount inclusive of tax of EUR [•] and the number of calendar days of the relevant month (hereinafter the “Rent”). The Rent includes the minimum services as specified in article VI.1 (Services) of the General Conditions. The Tenant will pay the Rent each month via the Student Portal. The Student Portal is accessible via a website for which the Tenant receives on the Commencement Date the (i) details, (ii) username and (iii) password.
