Term of this Agreement. The term of the DPA shall be the same as that of the Memorandum of Agreement.
Term of this Agreement. 16.1 This agreement will come into effect on the date that is has been signed and delivered by both parties or such other date as the parties may mutually agree as being the effective date of the agreement.
