Terms of payment. The Licensee shall send to the CEA an order, including a copy of this Agreement, to the following address: After receipt of the order, the CEA shall bill the Licensee for the amounts owed by it and the Licensee agrees to make payment within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the CEA’s invoice. Payments which are not received on the due date shall automatically bear interest at rate of the Bank of France with increase of 3 points per day of delay.
