NOTE: Beyond that deadline, if we have not received your payment, we will consider your reservation as cancelled and all amounts deposited will be kept by the campsite. . In the event of material breakage, for whatever cause or circumstance whatsoever, the aforementioned xxxxxx agrees to pay for the damaged items according to the price list below: • Propeller: €100 • Flare or piece of equipment: €100 • Sun awning: €400 • Upholstery: €150 • Impact on the boat: €500 • Life jacket : 80 € It is the responsibility of the aforementioned lessee to mention any missing (or degraded) element on the boat, in a contradictory manner, in the presence of the owner-operator or any person in charge of representing it, before departure, with a written statement. Any missing or degraded item found on arrival or return of the boat may be invoiced, according to the rates mentioned above.
Deposit. When the equipment is made available by the Rentel, the lessee is asked to pay a deposit of 120.000CFP (CB VISA OR MASTERCARD or Cash). This deposit is not cashed during the rental period. Upon return of equipment the deposit is returned to the tenant, less any damage provided for in Article 6.
