Use of Results. Each Party can freely use the results for their own research and educational activities, at no cost, excluding any direct and/or indirect commercial use. If the Results are likely to be used for commercial or industrial purposes, the Parties must coordinate and sign an Agreement particularly focusing on intellectual property, prior to any direct or indirect use of Results.
