Effect of Termination. Upon termination of this Agreement pursuant to Paragraph (1), (2) of Article 8-2, the JVC shall be dissolved and liquidated.
Effect of Termination. Termination of this Agreement shall release the parties from further performance of their respective obligations hereunder, other than any liability which at the time of termination has already accrued to each party, or which thereafter may accrue in respect of an act or omission prior to such termination. Termination of this Agreement shall not affect any right, duty or obligation of a party which by its nature survives termination of this Agreement.
Effect of Termination. (a) In the event of any termination pursuant to this Article 12, Foreign R&D Institute shall deliver Foreground IP developed up till then to Domestic R&D Institute as soon as possible.
