COMPETENCE. Each contract is subject to the law of Belgium, and in any dispute the courts of Belgium shall be the only competent courts, with the exception of disputes relating to the quality of products supplied when the dispute involves a sum exceeding 5000 euros. In this event, the dispute will be settled by an arbitration committee comprising three experts, one of whom will be appointed by each party, and the third in accordance with the Civil Code.
COMPETENCE.
