Severability of Plan Provisions. In the event that any term or provision of the Plan is held to be invalid, void or ineffective, the remainder of the Plan will be amended in accordance with Section 9.4, and such amendment shall be approved by the majority of the Covered Creditors allowed to vote on the Plan.
