184 Hours of Vacation. From the two hundred forty-first (241st) full month, to and including the two hundred fifty-second (252nd) full month of continuous employment, permanent employees shall accrue vacation leave at the rate of fifteen and thirty-four hundredths (15.34) hours per month of active employment, or the equivalent of up to one-hundred and eighty-four (184) hours per year (15.34 hours per month X 12 months = 184 hours per year).

  • Weeks Vacation Subject to Article 17.08 and Article 17.01 (a) (ii), employees shall be entitled to take three (3) weeks vacation leave with pay during the first and subsequent complete fiscal year following the date of employment. Such leave shall be earned at the rate of one and one-quarter (1 1/4) days for each completed calendar month of service.

  • Length of Vacation 12.01 Annual vacations with pay shall be granted to employees as follows:

  • Annual Vacation Auxiliary employees will be entitled to receive annual vacation at the rate of four percent (4%) of their regular earnings.   • Vacation During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation in accordance with the most favorable plans, policies, programs and practices of the Company and its affiliated companies as in effect for the Executive at any time during the 120-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Executive, as in effect generally at any time thereafter with respect to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies.
