Common use of .2. Worked Holidays Clause in Contracts

.2. Worked Holidays. 40 Employees who work on the above described holidays will receive the pay due them for the 41 holiday, plus one times their base rate for all hours worked on such holidays. Employees who 42 work on any of the above holidays will be paid for not less than two (2) hours.
