2015-2016 Salary. 316 Effective on the first day of the 2015-2016 school year, unit members shall be paid an 317 hourly rate of $12.75 per hour.

2015-2016 Salary. Effective July 1, 2015, all employees on roll and working will receive a $.26 (twenty- six cents) per hour increase to base wages, if the increase will not place them above the maximum of the 2015- 2016 salary schedule, which has been raised $.13 (thirteen cents) per hour above the 2014-2015 salary schedule. If the above increase places an employee above the maximum of the salary range, then the employee shall receive the portion of the increase which will bring the employee to the maximum and the remainder of the increase as a bonus payable on a biweekly basis over the course of the fiscal year. Employees at the maximum before any increase will receive the entire salary increase as a bonus payable on a biweekly basis over the course of the fiscal year.
2015-2016 Salary. For the period beginning July 1, 2015, and ending June 30, 2016, the hourly rate for "continuing em ployees" shall be increased by fifty cents (506) per hour. When used in this Article, "continu ing em ployee" is defined as an em ployee who is in service during the previous year in the same job title. This w ould not apply to a newly hired employee or an employee who is assigned to a new job title after March 31, or any particular pay year. However, an employee w ho changes job titles after March 31 will receive the increase applicable to his job title prior to April 1.

  • Base Salary The Company shall pay to Executive a base salary (“Base Salary”) of $250,000 per year, payable in accordance with the payroll policies from time to time in effect at the Company. Executive’s Base Salary may be subject to increase (but shall not be subject to decrease) on an annual basis as the Board of Directors of the Company or any committee thereof (the “Board of Directors”) shall determine.

  • Annual Salary Executive's compensation shall consist of an annual base salary (the "Annual Salary") of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000), before all customary payroll deductions. Effective November 25, 2017 – the basic annual salary for each grade and step of Table One and Table Two shall be increased by an amount equal to 1.3% of the basic annual salary for the grade and step in effect on May 20, 2016. Effective November 24, 2018 – the basic annual salary for each grade and step of Table One and Table Two shall be increased by an amount equal to 1.3% of the basic annual salary for the grade and step in effect on May 20, 2016.
