2nd Post-Observation Conference. A. The post-observation conference between the evaluator and teacher will be held no later than five (5) days after the formal observation date. B. The purpose of the post-observation conference is to review the evaluator’s and teacher’s evidence related to the scoring criteria during the observation, and to discuss the teacher’s performance.
