2nd Post-Observation Conference. A. The post-observation conference between the evaluator and teacher will be held no later than five (5) days after the formal observation date. B. The purpose of the post-observation conference is to review the evaluator’s and teacher’s evidence related to the scoring criteria during the observation, and to discuss the teacher’s performance. The teacher shall be provided an additional opportunity to submit evidence of the teacher’s professional performance that the teacher deemed was not observed in the classroom. The evidence provided by the teacher shall be incorporated on the negotiated form and will be used to determine the final evaluation score. C. If there is an area of concern, the evaluator will identify, in writing, specific concerns for the applicable criteria and provide specific observable solutions with specific district support and resources to remedy the concern.
