Acceptable Use of Online Services. You may use the Online Services i) for Your internal business purpose, ii) up to the Meter amount for which You have purchased a Subscription, iii) only for lawful business purposes, and iv) in accordance with any acceptable use policy published by Symantec and the applicable Service Description. If You do not comply with these requirements, Symantec reserves the right to immediately suspend all or part of the Online Services during such non-compliance, without compensation to You of any kind.

Acceptable Use of Online Services. You agree that you are independently responsible for complying with all applicable laws in all of your activities related to your use of our Online Service, regardless of the purpose of the use, and for all communications you send through these Online Services. You may do so in writing, in person or by phoning 1-800-359-8092. Contacting us right away will help you reduce possible losses. Other Online Services Available By enrolling in Online Banking, customers may have access to enroll in the following services:  Mobile Banking: an extension of Online Banking that can be accessed through text banking, web browser banking and mobile apps in the Apple and Google Play Stores. Additional Terms apply and will be presented at the time of Mobile Banking enrollment.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits. For information about telemedicine services, our designated telemedicine service provider, and how to access telemedicine services, please visit our website or contact our Customer Service Department.

  • Verizon OSS Services Access to Verizon Operations Support Systems functions. The term “Verizon OSS Services” includes, but is not limited to: (a) Verizon’s provision of PNG Usage Information to PNG pursuant to Section 8.3 of this Attachment; and, (b) “Verizon OSS Information”, as defined in Section 8.1.4 of this Attachment.

  • Conversion of Wholesale Services to Network Elements or Network Elements to Wholesale Services Upon request, BellSouth shall convert a wholesale service, or group of wholesale services, to the equivalent Network Element or Combination that is available to Think 12 pursuant to Section 251 of the Act and under this Agreement or convert a Network Element or Combination that is available to Think 12 pursuant to Section 251 of the Act and under this Agreement to an equivalent wholesale service or group of wholesale services offered by BellSouth (collectively “Conversion”). BellSouth shall charge the applicable nonrecurring switch-as-is rates for Conversions to specific Network Elements or Combinations found in Exhibit A. BellSouth shall also charge the same nonrecurring switch-as-is rates when converting from Network Elements or Combinations. Any rate change resulting from the Conversion will be effective as of the next billing cycle following BellSouth’s receipt of a complete and accurate Conversion request from Think 12. A Conversion shall be considered termination for purposes of any volume and/or term commitments and/or grandfathered status between Think 12 and BellSouth. Any change from a wholesale service/group of wholesale services to a Network Element/Combination, or from a Network Element/Combination to a wholesale service/group of wholesale services, that requires a physical rearrangement will not be considered to be a Conversion for purposes of this Agreement. BellSouth will not require physical rearrangements if the Conversion can be completed through record changes only. Orders for Conversions will be handled in accordance with the guidelines set forth in the Ordering Guidelines and Processes and CLEC Information Packages as referenced in Sections 1.13.1 and 1.13.2 below.

  • Mobile Wireless Services Any mobile wireless Telecommunications Service, including any commercial mobile radio service.

  • USE OF U.S. FOREST SERVICE INSIGNIA In order for Cooperators to use the U.S. Forest Service insignia on any published media, such as a Web page, printed publication, or audiovisual production, permission must be granted from the U.S. Forest Service’s Office of Communications. A written request must be submitted and approval granted in writing by the Office of Communications (Washington Office) prior to use of the insignia.
