Access Key Sample Clauses
Access Key. Renter will be provided with an access key by the Resident Rental Contact. The access Key will be provided at an agreed time between the Renter and the Resident Rental Contact. The Renter is responsible for contacting the Resident Rental Contact (See Exhibit A-1). Renter is also responsible for ensuring adequate time is allotted to clean and tidy the Designated Facilities.
Access Key. 4.1 Access to the Site requires the use of an Access Key consisting of: a Customer Identification Code; a User Identification Code; and a Password a Password; and a Key (being a digipass, electronic key or other means of secure access to the site).
4.2 This Site Access Key shall be provided by the Purchaser to the person expressly appointed by the Seller for such purpose (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”. This Access Key will be personal and confidential. The Administrator appointed by the Seller agrees to take all necessary steps to keep the said Access Key confidential.
4.3 The Seller has the right, under its sole responsibility, to allow the Administrator to designate one or more Users and to grant them access to the Site and to all or part of the Services based on the specific duties that the Users perform for the Seller. In such event, the Administrator appointed by the Seller shall create and provide an Access Key as indicated above to each User. The Administrator’s name shall be indicated on a “User form” as per a template to be provided by the Purchaser, which must be duly completed by the Seller and provided upon request of the Purchaser.
4.4 The Seller hereby undertakes, on its behalf and on behalf of the Entitles Using the Site, to: take all steps necessary to protect access to all information contained on the Site, keep the said information confidential and avoid all unauthorised or fraudulent use of the Site using the Access Key provided to the Seller by the Purchaser; not use, transfer, provide, or assign to any third party whatsoever, even free of charge, the right to access and use the Site granted pursuant to this Agreement unless the Purchaser has granted its prior written authorisation; not grant to any third party whatsoever access to the Service(s) on the Site, Access Keys or any information or documentation contained on the Site; be fully personally liable for any use of the Access Key by any third parties whatsoever; take all steps necessary to protect the confidentiality of the Access Key; change Administrator and all User Access Keys if the Seller suspects and/or becomes aware of the disclosure of the Access Key or the loss, theft, or any unauthorised use thereof; immediately notify the Purchaser of any disclosure, loss or theft of the Access Key so that it may take all the steps necessary to suspend all Instructions received on the Site. Access Key. Resident will be provided with an access key, which will be activated at the times requested. Resident is responsible for ensuring adequate time is allotted to clean and tidy the Designated Facilities.
Access Key. For purposes of accommodating the set up and tear down by Chamber of its equipment and furnishings, one key or other security device to the Corn Palace will be provided by the City to the Chamber Enterprise Division Director which shall not be duplicated, and which shall be returned to the City upon the Completion of set up or tear down, as the case may be. The sole and only person who shall use that key/security device shall be the Chamber Enterprise Division Director, except on express permission from the City Corn Palace Director or the Mayor of the City.
Access Key. To access the system via online banking or mobile banking, THE BANK will send THE CLIENT an email containing the username, instructions, and security guidelines for accessing the online banking or mobile banking system. THE CLIENT agrees to maintain the confidentiality of their username, PIN, secret key, or any other data that provides access to online banking or mobile banking systems and to follow THE BANK's recommendations, instructions, and security guidelines regarding their use and handling, in order to prevent their misuse. THE CLIENT accepts that THE BANK may capture biometric data of THE CLIENT for security measures to access the online banking and/or mobile banking system.
Access Key. 6.1 If a Member allows another person to use their Access Key they will be charged a Tailgate Fee.
6.2 You must advise Balanced Fitness immediately if your Access Key is lost or stolen. You will be charged a fee of $50 to replace the Access Key.
6.3 If your Membership is cancelled by us and you do not return your Access Key to us within 7 days of notice of cancellation, you will be charged a fee of $50 to replace the Access Key.
Access Key. The term "Access Key" shall refer to a numeric or alphanumeric code (and not a physical object) which must be entered by an End User into a Product on the End User's computer in order to activate that Product for full licensed use.

Access Key. 6.1 The Member must not allow any other person use their Member’s key/card and they must advise Balanced Fitness 24/7 immediately if their Member’s key/card is lost and/or stolen. Any breach of this could result in a penalty of $500.00. To replace the key a fee of $50.00 will be charged.
