Access Times. Client and Participants will be provided access to the facility for event set-up and clean-up as negotiated on the Agreement. Client and Participants will not be permitted access to the facility prior to or after the scheduled times. NMSU-A staff will be assigned to oversee the event, including the set-up and clean- up. If Client goes past scheduled event time, Client will be invoiced at time and one-half. Client will also be assessed a full day’s rental fee if Client and/or participants are still in the Xxxx Center past midnight.

Setting up - By arrangement ONLY with the Club Manager, it may be possible to set up on the day prior to the function, however if the venue is available, and prior arrangement has been organised, the venue is ONLY FROM available at 15h30. Product Support will be available from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday, except for national holidays and scheduled interruptions for maintenance or updates to the Hosting Environment. Upon receipt of notice that service to the Hosting Environment is interrupted HMH will take reasonable steps to restore such service as soon as practicable. An interruption in service to the Hosting Environment shall be subject to the service levels and remedies set forth herein, and shall not be considered a breach of HMH’s obligations hereunder if: (i) HMH take reasonable steps to restore such service as soon as practicable, or (ii) the interruption in service results from causes beyond HMH’s reasonable control. However, Customer will still be entitled to the remedies, if applicable, set forth in Section 3(e).

Access Times. The Museum closes to the public at 4:30 p.m. In consideration of the visitors to the Museum during hours of operation, access for the event setup in areas of the Museum will be arranged at the discretion of the Foundation.
