Access to Documents and Information. The Investor has (i) received and reviewed all information that it considers necessary or appropriate for deciding whether to purchase the Notes; (ii) had an opportunity, with his professional advisor, if any, to ask questions and receive answers from the Company regarding this Agreement and regarding the business, financial condition, and other aspects of the Company, and all such questions have been answered to the Investor’s full satisfaction; and (iii) had the opportunity to obtain all information (to the extent that the Company possesses or can acquire such information without unreasonable effort or expense) that the Investor deems necessary to evaluate the investment and to verify the accuracy of information otherwise provided to the Investor.
Access to Documents and Information. 6.1 You agree that you shall, upon request, supply any documents, information, data, reports or written or verbal explanations which may be required by Forestry Commission or any other UK public authority (including their authorised representatives and auditors) in connection with this Agreement.

V.V. acknowledges access to all Company filings with the SEC, including, without limitation, annual reports on Form 10-K, quarterly reports on Form 10-Q and interim reports on Form 8-K, and represents that V.V. has carefully reviewed such documents and has been otherwise afforded an opportunity to fully inform itself as to the contents of such documents.

While under contract with the Designated Assessor, the Assessing District shall provide reasonable access to all historic and current assessing records, documents, databases, and information. This shall include remote access to the Assessing District’s computer and network system if available.

Bank shall at all times have reasonable access to all information and documents it requires to comply with all applicable laws and Rules concerning any Program, which Company may acquire or which may be in the control and possession of Company, including but not limited to information and documents in the possession of any third party providing Processing Services or otherwise performing any of Company’s obligations hereunder, which information and documents include but are not limited to applications for Cards, information concerning Program revenues, information concerning transactions and agreements affecting the management and administration of any Program. Company shall provide Bank with copies of any and all of the following documents and information, to the extent same exist: applications; advertisements; disclosures; terms and conditions; Company’s policies and procedures promulgated in connection with this Agreement; and any other documentation, processing information or customer service information which the Bank may reasonably request (hereinafter referred to as “Documentation and Processing”). If Bank, in its sole discretion, determines that such Documentation and Processing fails to comply with any law, Regulations or guidance of a Regulatory Authority then Bank may request appropriate changes be made to such Documentation and Processing, and Company will use its best efforts to accomplish such changes as soon as practicable. In the event Company is not able to accomplish such changes immediately, and Bank determines in good faith that it has a legal or regulatory risk, such risk to be provided in formal written notice to Company, then Bank may terminate this Agreement upon thirty (30) days written notice, without penalty. Company will also provide to the Bank any other information requested by Bank as may be required, from time to time by regulatory authorities, to ensure that safe and sound business practices are being followed concerning processing, merchant settlement and income to the Bank.
Access to Documents and Information. 8.1 The Funded Activities and/or services carried out by you will be monitored and reviewed in accordance with this Agreement.
8.2 You agree that you shall, upon request, promptly supply any documents, information, data, reports or written or verbal explanations that may be required by the Community Forest or any other UK public body or (if applicable) EU public authority (or their authorised representatives or auditors) in connection with this Agreement, including for the purposes of discussing, monitoring or evaluating your fulfilment of the terms and conditions.
8.3 If You keep personal information about individuals you must make sure you fully comply with your responsibilities under Data Protection Law.
8.4 You agree to take before and after photographs of each planting area and of the Funded Activities you are being or have been awarded funds for, retain them for a period of seven years and make them available upon request.
8.5 You must give the Community Forest access to any financial or other records relating to the Grant and allow us to take copies of documents. You should keep copies of all records for seven years from the date of our last payment to you. Records include original invoices, receipts, accounts and legal documents.
8.6 You must treat all information which the Community Forest provides to you as confidential and keep it safe unless the Community Forest agrees otherwise. You must not pass on such information to any third party without the Community Forest’s consent. You must not use the confidential information except for the site for which the Grant is given. If you fail to comply with these requirements the Community Forest may terminate this Agreement immediately by giving notice in writing.

Lender has (i) received and reviewed all information that it considers necessary or appropriate for deciding whether to enter into this Loan Agreement and issue the Loan; (ii) had an opportunity, with its professional advisors, if any, to ask questions and receive answers from the Borrower regarding this Loan Agreement and regarding the business, financial condition and other aspects of the Borrower, and all such questions have been answered to Lender’s full satisfaction; and (iii) had the opportunity to obtain all information (to the extent that the Borrower possesses or can acquire such information without unreasonable effort or expense) that Lender deems necessary to evaluate the Loan and to verify the accuracy of information otherwise provided to Lender.
