Access to Meter. You must ensure that, at all reasonable times, Sunwater, and any person nominated or authorised by Xxxxxxxx, has safe and convenient access to the Meter and the Customer's Offtake Works (for purposes including reading, testing, repairing and calibrating the Meter and assessing compliance with this Agreement).
Access to Meter. By signing this Application, you grant permission to employees of the District to enter onto your premises to read, inspect or maintain the water meter serving your premises, or for any other reasonable purpose. Further, your signature is an acknowledgment that you are responsible for maintaining the area surrounding water meter in such condition as to permit ease of access to the District employees. Should you fail to do so, with reasonable notice, your service will be disconnected.
Access to Meter. You must ensure that, at all reasonable times, FCRC, and any person nominated or authorised by FCRC, has safe and convenient access to the Meter and the Customer's Nominated Works (for purposes including reading, testing, repairing and calibrating the Meter and assessing compliance with this Agreement). In respect of access to the Meter:
Access to Meter. You must give us and our representatives safe, convenient and unhindered access to your Premises and the meter (and associated equipment) for any purpose associated with the supply, metering or billing of electricity (for example, to read your meter and for connection, disconnection and reconnection of your electricity supply). You must inform us of any change affecting access to the meter or associated equipment as soon as practicable.
