Accommodation of Religious Beliefs. The University will consider accommodations requested by employees because of their religious beliefs, and will provide such accommodations when there is no more than a nominal cost to the University, the accommodation does not impair operations or disadvantage other employees, or the accommodation is otherwise required by applicable law.
